RETURNS

- For returns, please contact us first, so we can try to resolve your concerns, and if unable to, then so we can expect your return.

-Shoes must be in their original condition. No exceptions. Soiled/worn/ridden in/ shoes will not be accepted. We have demo shoes you can ride in and walk around with at events, the ones you order are not those. 

-If packaging is damaged, its ok. Don't stress it. We ship in our shoe box's on purpose to cut down on packaging, and we expect some shoe box's won't survive two trips through the mail. If you need to place the shoes in some other box, that is fine. Just be sure to return the extra laces that were packed with the shoes initially.

REFUNDS

-We will refund your purchase price paid for your shoes/products. We will not refund the shipping costs paid, or pay the shipping costs for the return. 

EXCHANGE

-We will pay the shipping on one exchange only. You order shoes and pay shipping, we send out the shoes. If they do not fit, you pay to ship them back to us. After we receive the shoes we will pay the shipping to send the exchanged shoes back to you. If after this you want a refund, please take note we will deduct the shipping cost to send you the second pair. Shoes must be in their original condition. No exceptions. Soiled/worn/ridden in/ shoes will not be accepted.
